POLYPROPYLENE (PP) GRANULES

The most common commercial polypropylene’s (PP) structure is between, the crystal structure Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) and High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). Young’s modulus is (elasticity modulus), in intermediate level. However, it’s less rigid than LDPE and much less brittle than HDPE. This allows the use of polypropylene instead of engineering plastics such as ABS.

Polypropylene is, very resistant to fatigue. It has economic cost, impact resistance . Low coefficient of friction, high chemical resistance, capable of all thermoplastic processing and provide good electrical insulation. Polypropylene has melting temperature 160 C.

It has the following disadvantages; less resistance to UV radiation, shows high thermal expansion, difficult to paint and coating, less resistance to outdoor weather conditions, oxidizable, combustible, interact with the chlorine-containing solvents.

With PP granules; detergent box covers, kinds of plastic furniture, toys and base of synthetic carpets etc. could be produced. Also textile, automotive, building industries… are the other industry branches that PP granules have been used.

Our company ; for PP granule producing, buys the recycling resources ,after the various cleaning operations , raw materials are separated into small pieces, small parts are removed to recycling line via conveyor line. The recycling line manufactures the pp granules in any colour depend on request.

The PP granules which are packaged, bagged or filled into the big bags in the facility, put up for sale.

The granule machines in our facility, recycle the plastic wastes (HDPE-LDPE-PP- PE) to reuse raw materials.

Selection of the granule machines in the facility has been specified according to type and colour of the waste plastic.

Our company completely recycle the FACTORY WASTES; also productions are like original raw materials. Granules can be produced according to the wishes of customers, please contact with us for your request.
